Increasing domestic shale production is having a radical effect on crude slates available to US refiners, 
even as more coker projects are coming online. 
With less heavy crude coming from Latin America, refiners are turning to Canada for supply, 
though transportation capacity is limited, as Canadian crude fights light-sweet Bakken crude for pipeline space.
