As you know the conference is a little over two weeks away so we’re adding the finishing touches. We’ve sent out confirmation forms to the attendees for administrative purposes,. This will ensure we have all your correct information, which will enable us to cater for any specific dietary needs should you have one.
If you haven’t received the confirmation email, it means we don’t have your registration. Please contact me at steph@az-china.com so I can send you the form and get your information as soon as possible.
Also, we want to kindly remind you to pay before the conference if you still haven’t done so. We don’t accept payment at the door. If you have not paid before the conference starts we will unfortunately have to deny you entrance. If you haven’t received an invoice contact jane@az-china.com and she’ll help you.
We’re trying to make this a great experience for all of the attendees, wether they’re speakers, sponsors or delegates, so your cooperation will ensure a positive outcome.
